State Leaders Council
The State Leaders Council is a collective effort of AAHomecare, state/regional HME associations, and other key member stakeholders in the legislative and regulatory process to share the latest advocacy developments, coordinate grassroots outreach, and share state specific developments that could impact others. The Council is comprised of delegates selected by the participating state/regional associations and meets every other week via Zoom.
Current priorities of the Council include:
- Ensuring healthy representation and participation in the Grassroots Accountability Project
- Sharing the latest federal, state, and payer advocacy developments
- Addressing association operational challenges and opportunities
