Speaker Participation
Our webinars are live, 60-minute educational sessions hosted via GoToWebinar. Designed to educate and empower DME providers, these events are promoted to 3,000+ HME professionals within the homecare industry.
- 45-minute presentation + 15-minute live Q&A
- Attendees are in listen-only mode, questions via chat
- Two or more speakers required from different companies
- All presenters must be current AAHomecare members
- No promotion of products/services— this is a non-commercial, educational opportunity
- AAHomecare provides a PowerPoint template
- Presentation will be recorded and distributed post-event

- Date: Chosen in collaboration with AAHomecare, preferred day/time is Tuesdays at 2:30pm ET
- Platform: GoToWebinar Join 15 minutes early for tech check
- Presentation Title & Marketing Description Due: 2 months in advance
- Slide Deck Due: One day prior to the event
