The deadline for Representatives to add their name to a new sign-on letter related to the Bidding Program is Friday, October 3; your immediate action is critical.
Representatives Neal Dunn (R-FL) and Greg Murphy (R-NC) are leading a Congressional Sign-On Letter urging CMS to withdraw its proposed expansion of the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program to include ostomy and urological supplies. This expansion threatens American manufacturing, weakens our medical supply chains, and risks access for vulnerable patients.
Our advocacy partners at UOAA have asked us to help garner signatures on this sign-on letter by the Friday deadline.
Here’s How You Can Help
- Contact your Representatives and urge them to sign the letter.
- Send the letter in your message. The link at the bottom is specific to US Representatives and will allow them to add their name quickly.
UOAA, AAHomecare, and ITEM Coalition have initiated outreach – and your direct engagement is essential to ensure a strong response.
Let’s protect patient care and preserve supply chain integrity—your voice matters.
Share the sign-on letter with your Representatives.
