National Breastfeeding Month

August marks National Breastfeeding Month—a time to honor, elevate, and empower breastfeeding and breastpumping mothers. For home medical equipment providers, this month presents a meaningful opportunity to recognize the role their services and support play in helping families meet their breastfeeding goals. Whether through breast pump access, lactation education, or compassionate care, your impact reaches far beyond equipment—it touches lives.

To help you engage with your patients, community, and stakeholders, we’ve created a curated social media toolkit for X (formerly Twitter) that highlights weekly themes designed to educate, inspire, and advocate. Each post is crafted to reflect our shared commitment to advancing breastfeeding awareness and support. Simply download the graphics and captions provided for each week and share them across your organization’s social media platforms. If you would like graphics for Facebook, please reach out to Tilly Gambill.

Here’s the weekly breakdown:

  • Week 1: Celebrating National Breastfeeding Month (light blue)

  • Week 2: Breastfeeding & Health Equity (red)

  • Week 3: Workplace & Breastfeeding Support (green)

  • Week 4: Legislative Advocacy & Consumer Education (dark blue)

Let’s amplify the message together—and make every feed a space for encouragement, equity, and empowerment. Ready to post and make a difference?
